Our Full Marathon Training Program, sponsored by Brooks Running, is designed to prepare runners for their first ever endurance event or to help seasoned runners meet a new performance goal.  The program includes a training plan designed by experienced coaches, group runs on Tuesdays at 6:30 pm & Saturdays at 6:00 am, a technical t-shirt, coupons, fun runs and prizes throughout the season.  You don’t have to do a 20 mile training run alone - Fleet Feet Sports Easy Runner is here for you! Training starts on Tuesday, May 29nd at 6:30 pm. A strong base of six miles with running at least 15 miles per week, will get you started to achieve your goal.

We will be training for the St Jude Marathon on December 1st in Memphis, Tennessee. We will have a team and help you fund raise to reach your monetary goal.

Info meeting on Monday, May 21st at 6:30 pm at the shop. Training begins Tuesday, May 29th at 6:30 pm at the shop..

COST: $185

ATTEND 80% OF THE WORKOUTS AND GET A  PARTY COURTESY OF BROOKS RUNNING.

Program Start: Tuesday, May 29, 2018
Goal Race: St Jude Marathon
Program Fee: $185 excluding race fee but including a totally awesome Party for attending 80% of the workouts!
Description: We are training for St. Jude Marathon on December 1st (or any marathon around that time). Join us to find out how we train to be ready to run 26 miles. There is a 6 hour time limit for this marathon. Prerequisite: Able to run a 10k, run at least 15 miles per week and run a sub 13 minute mile for 2 miles. If you can't quite make the prerequisite, we have the Half PRoject starting at the end of July that takes all paces.
